Shipping times
Unless clearly stated otherwise all items will be despatched from our idaho based warehouse within 7 to 21 working days by usps.
30 Day Guarantee
We’ll keep this one real simple. Try out our knives for 30 days. If you don’t like them for ANY reason whatsoever just send them back and we’ll credit you a full refund no questions asked. (Note: To date no one has taken us up on this, that’s how badass our knives are!)
Please note, you must let us know on supportUS@homechefassociation.org within 30 days of receiving your knives or guarantee is void. Don’t just send in your knives! We need to know they are coming.

Standard Warranty
All products come with a standard warranty of 30 days from receipt of the product. If a product is found to be defective in that time we will send a replacement to you completely free of charge. Just email us on supportUS@homechefassociation.org
