Knives

Why are the P600 knives better than regular steel knives?

They’re made with zirconium ceramic blades, which are 10x harder than steel and second only to diamond. This means they stay razor-sharp much longer and make prep effortless.

Do the knives need sharpening?

 No. Ceramic blades hold their edge up to 10x longer than steel, so you won’t need to sharpen them like traditional knives.

Can I put the knives in the dishwasher?

Yes. The P600 knives are dishwasher-safe, though we recommend hand-washing to preserve their razor edge even longer.

Can I use the knives on any cutting board?

We recommend wood or plastic cutting boards. Avoid glass or marble, which can damage any knife blade.
