The chicken wing test is designed to see whether a pan discolours. We take a raw chicken wing and fry it DIRECTLY on the pan with a thick BBQ sauce until cooked. We repeat this 20 times.
Agreed, this is a bit cluckoo mad! But the reason we do it is because we don't our pans to discolor. As you can see on the right, they passed with flying colours!
Some ceramics and non-stick pans are prone to cracking and chipping when going from very hot to very cold. Such as if you were to rinse a hot pan with water.

These pans are the real deal. Get them if you want truly oil free non stick cooking.
The removable handle melted from heat, making the handle fall off during cooking. This was on LOW HEAT! I’m very discouraged. My first thought upon receiving them here was ,”these handles are not permanently on. This is going to be a problem. And of course, it was. The plastic melted on stovetop. Amy Lang

This is fantastic. It is light. It is totally nonstick. It is easy to clean. It is easy to store ( though I use it so much that I never put ut away!). I leave the handles on so I can hang the pots on the wall when they are not in use. I particularly like how light it is, compared to competitors. I can't wait to buy another set for my son's house.

These pans will make your food taste better. They are stovetop and oven capable. This is a serious tool I’m the kitchen and when they say non stick, unlike other big name brands these are truly non stick. I’ve seared steaks on the stove then went into the oven to finish. Every year I go through a set of pots and pans, all claiming they are non stick and scratch resistant. Each year I am disappointed as they never live up to the expectations. I love these pans because they are non-toxic and have all different sizes. I also like the fact that you can remove the handle for easy storage. Also it came with silicone utensils. I�m not sure if they make a pan with a pour spout but that would be a great addition. Another great addition would be non-toxic wood utensils.

I love the frying pans. They heat evenly, hold the heat nicely and are so easy to wash. The lids not so much. They do not seat snugly on the pan and between that and the very open vent, grease splatters all over my stove. Every. Single. Time! Your engineers need to go back to the drawing board
